We sell specialty mushrooms to western North Carolina farmer’s markets, restaurants, and wholesalers.

Farmer’s Markets 2024 - Helene Updates:

North Asheville Tailgate Market on Saturdays 8:00-12:00, Steinmart Lot at 848 Merrimon Ave.

River Arts District Market will also be held temporarily at the Steinmart lot on Wednesdays from 3:00-6:00

We offer a variety of edible and medicinal mushrooms including:

  • Oyster (Grey, Italian, Black Pearl, Gold, Pink)

  • Pioppino

  • Shiitake

  • Lion’s mane

  • Chestnut

  • Beech

  • Selection of seasonally foraged species

  • We also sell 2 oz. tinctures of Lion’s Mane, Chaga, Reishi, Maitake, and Turkey Tail.

  • As well as herbal tinctures of Ashwagandha and Milky Oats.
